Andrew Iseman

Websites and software for small businesses

I build websites that bring in customers, fix the ones that aren't pulling their weight, and set up tools that take the busywork off your plate.

Based in New York's Hudson Valley. Happy to meet in person if you're nearby.

What it costs

Every job gets a fixed price in writing before I start, so there are no surprise bills. No long contracts.

  • A new website

For businesses with no site, or one that's hard to use on a phone. Up to five pages with your services, hours, photos and a contact form, set up to show up on Google.

    $250one time

  • Fix up your current site

Broken pages, slow loading, outdated info, a layout that falls apart on phones. Works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and Shopify.

  • Online booking, forms and reminders

Let customers book, request quotes or pay online, and send automatic reminders so fewer people forget their appointment.

  • Automation and custom software

Stop copying the same information between your email, spreadsheets and invoices. I connect the tools you already use, or build the one that doesn't exist yet.

  • Hosting and upkeep

Your site stays online, fast and secure. Hosting, security updates, backups, and I fix anything that breaks. Cancel anytime.

    $15per month

  • Care plan

Everything in hosting and upkeep, plus changes whenever you need them: new hours, prices, photos, menus, pages. Text or email me and it's done within two business days. Cancel anytime.

    $39per month

How it works

  1. We talk

A quick call or email, or coffee if you're nearby. You tell me what's not working and I tell you honestly whether I can help.

  2. You get a fixed quote

A written price and timeline. Half up front, half when it's done. Nothing starts until you say yes.

  3. I build it

You see progress along the way and nothing goes live until you're happy with it. Most websites take two to three weeks.

  4. I stick around

After launch I'm a text away. Put me on the care plan and I handle updates, or just call me when you need something.

Sample sites

Three local businesses, built the way I'd build yours. The businesses are made up. Everything else works, so click around like a customer would.

Claybank restaurant homepage with a wood-fired oven photo and the tagline "Wood-fired cooking in the old brick town"

Restaurant

Claybank

Menu, hours that show whether the kitchen is open right now, and a private events inquiry.

Good Light Hair Studio homepage with a stylist blow-drying a client by a big window

A price list plus online booking: pick a service, a stylist and a time, and get a reminder the day before.

Common questions

Do I own my website?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever want to move on, I hand over everything you need.

I already have a website. Can you work with it?

Usually, yes. I work with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify and custom sites. If fixing it would cost more than rebuilding, I'll tell you.

How do payments work?

Half up front and half when the work is done, by card or bank transfer. Monthly plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

I don't know what to write or have good photos.

That's normal. I'll help write the text based on a conversation with you, and we can work with the photos you have or plan a simple shoot.

What does "automation" mean for a business like mine?

Anything you do the same way over and over on a computer. For example: new web inquiries going straight into your calendar or spreadsheet, invoices that send themselves, or reminder texts before appointments.

Tell me what you need

A couple of sentences is plenty. I'll reply within one business day. No pressure and no obligation.
